Mr.
Pham Quang Phap, a retired Lieutenant Colonel, has been dubbed “the man
who gives the soul to the stone”. At his house, we easily see several
pictures made of pebbles describing the map of Vietnam, One-Pillar
pagoda, calligraphic words, or many landscapes…
Especially, Mr. Phap carefully arranged pebbles to make a picture describing a poem of “Prison Diary” by President Ho Chi Minh in Han script. The rocky expanse in Tuy Phong has been recognized by the Vietnam Record Book Center (Vietkings) as “rocky expanse with the most colorful and diversified in shape in Vietnam”. Currently, this location attracts a lot of visitors.
